ROADSIDE BREAKDOWN & RECOVERY
For both car and commercial vehicles. Our extensive coverage area means that we are able to assist from North Yorkshire right down to Derbyshire. We have developed favourable relationships with many of the UK’s leading motoring clubs including RAC, Green Flag and other auto clubs.
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE REPAIRS
There are workshops at our Head Office and all 15 of our depots with heavy duty commercial ramps and vehicle inspection pits. We also have rolling brake testers at some depots.
We provide international assistance to some of the UK’s leading international hauliers and commercial vehicle suppliers.
BUS AND COACH BREAKDOWN AND RECOVERY
We provide roadside assistance to bus and coach operators. Should we not be able to fix your vehicle at the side of the road, our long reach damage free underlifts and low loader trailers ensure the safe passage or your precious cargo.
SPECIALIST SERVICES
Our extensive experience in the field of automotive recovery has led us to provide the following additional services:-
- hydraulic brake hose manufacture
- tyre van including ample stocks of car and commercial tyres
- portable hydraulic pumps
- load transfers
- 30 ton crane
- 2 fully equipped Air Cushion units
TRAINING FACILITIES
With dedicated training facilities at our Elkesley depot, S&H Recovery Services Limited provide training to other members of the recovery industry.
Both John and James Sparrow are instructors of the Institute of Vehicle Recovery.
