Our commitment to our clients starts with a commitment to our core business.

All our staff wear uniform, including office staff. Our roadside technicians are fully IVR trained and have obtained a Certificate of Vehicle Operation and Techniques. We also take advantage of any training offered by the major motoring clubs.

To help establish our corporate identity, all our vehicles, uniforms, printed materials and website have a standardised look and feature our new “road sign” logo.

Ongoing investment in our control room technology (BT Timico) and new roadside recovery vehicles (new rotator crane), plus acquisitions of other recovery service providers, provide further evidence of our commitment to the seven primary objectives.
