THE HEART OF OUR BUSINESS

Our control room lies at the heart of our daily operations and provides 24-hour assistance to our roadside staff, as well as all eleven depots.

All depots run on a 24-hour basis and have computer controlled CCTV systems installed - all linked back to our Head Office control room in Doncaster.

We constantly monitor and record calls, some of which are used for training purposes.

LEADING SOFTWARE

Following needs analysis with our Control Room employees, we chose Turbo Despatch™ as our preferred software for accepting and distributing jobs to our drivers.

This software when combined with our in-cab technology means we provide our drivers with accurate information, thereby reducing the time it takes to reach our clients.

We have seen improvements in customer satisfaction as well as reduced running costs for our vehicles. All Control Room staff are fully conversant with the software.

THE FUTURE

Planning permission consent has been given for the build of our new purpose-build Control Room and Head Office at new premises in Doncaster.

This facility will be equipped with a BT Timico control room solution which we hope will further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of S&H Recovery Services Limited, thereby ensuring we follow our seven core business objectives.
