Working Directors

The two working Directors of S&H Recovery Services Limited are brothers John and James Sparrow. Both are heavily involved in the day-to-day operation of the business, and can often be found hands-on at roadside incidents or recoveries.

John Sparrow is a Fellow of the Institute of Vehicle Recovery as well as a fully qualified instructor for the IVR.

James is also a Fellow of the Institute of Vehicle Recovery and a fully qualified instructor for the Institute. He also holds the Certificate in Professional Competence (national and international).

DEPOT MANAGEMENT

Kevin Elkin is the General Manager based at our Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Head Office.

The smooth and efficient operation of each depot is overseen by either a depot manager - some of whom may be in overall charge of more than one depot - or an administrator. Each manager or administrator reports back to our Doncaster Head Office regularly.

KEEPING OUR FEET ON THE GROUND

We believe that complacency breeds contempt. To stand still is to fail our clients old and new. In order to further enhance the range of services we have available to our clients we have appointed a dedicated Business Development Manager.

A primary function of this role is continued quality assurance and improvement of service provision, as well as to develop new services or practices to improve your experience dealing with S&H Recovery Services Limited.
